All exchanges and refunds for unopened and/or undamaged items must be requested within 14 days of purchase with a valid invoice.

If you don’t have an invoice or it's been more than 14 days, but you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us—we’d be happy to assist you.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The product must be unopened and/or undamaged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you need an extension for the return period, please reach out to us.

 

The right to return does not apply to custom-made products and food.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We offer gift cards, but please note they are non-refundable. However, if you have an issue, please contact us.

For orders in the USA, Canada and Sweden shipping for packages weighing 1.1 kg (2.2 lbs) up to 2kg (4.4 lbs) is free.

 

We ship with various logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, PostNord, Schenker, and others. Delivery times may vary, but typically take 1-3 days within Sweden, 3-5 days to EU countries, and 7-10 days to the USA and Canada. Packages will be delivered to the nearest post office.

Orders placed before 11.00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 or on a weekend or holiday are usually shipped the next business day. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
